2 tbsp oil, divided
2 lbs. pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 (20 oz) can green chile enchilada sauce
1 (4 oz) can green chilies, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
tortillas
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat large frying pan over medium heat; add 1 tbsp oil and half of the pork cubes. Brown meat on all sides. Remove meat from pan and add remaining oil; repeat with remaining pork cubes. Return all meat to frying pan; and enchilada sauce, chilies, salt and pepper. Stir well and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes, until sauce thickens and meat is cooked through. Serve warm with tortillas and grated cheese.
