5 lbs red potatoes
6 green onions, chopped
1 to 2 cups miracle whip
3 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 to 1/2 cup pickle relish
2 tbsp. granular chicken bullion

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cube potatoes (not necessary to peel). Cook potatoes until tender (still a little crisp). While potatoes are cooking, chop celery and onions. Mix together miracle whip, celery, onions, pickle relish and chicken bouillon.

As soon as potatoes are done, drain and add to miracle whip mixture. Mix well and add more miracle whip if you need to. Refrigerate until cool and serve.
