1 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp.. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 C. milk
1 lb. steak cut into strips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients; add meat. Marinate for at least 1 hour but preferably overnight. Fry in deep fryer until brown.

In my household, I find that I have to triple, quadruple or more with having 9 children & their friends always coming and going and always "HUNGRY"
