2 cups flour
cup brown sugar
1 cup (sticks) butter soft
2 (8 oz.) pkgs cream cheese soft
cup + 2 Tbs sugar divided
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 Granny Smith apples chopped
tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
cup caramel topping
Streusel Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
cup quick oats
cup butter soft

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter. Press into 9 x 13 pan lined with heavy duty foil. Bake 15 minutes or til brown. In large bowl beat cream cheese til smooth. Then beat in cup sugar, eggs and vanilla til smooth. Pour over warm crust.
In a small bowl stir together apples, 2 Tbs sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Spoon evenly over cream cheese layer. Sprinkle evenly with streusel topping. Bake 30 minutes or til set. Drizzle with caramel topping.
