1 cup margarine 3 3/4 cups flour 2 cups sugar ½ tsp soda 2 eggs ½ tsp cream of tartar 1/4 cup milk 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla . _____________________________________________________________________________
Beat margarine, sugar and eggs till fluffy. Add milk. Combine flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt. Mix wet and dry ingredients. Add vanilla. Mix 2 Tbs sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon together. Roll dough into walnut size balls and roll in cinnamon mixture till coated on all sides. Bake 350 degrees about 10 minutes until light brown. Do not over bake as this makes them hard. _______________________
