6-8 medium, potatoes (boiled w/jackets)
1/4 C. water
1 pt. sour cream or IMO
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 C. chopped green onions
1 1/2 C. sharp (or any flavor) cheddar cheese, grated
2 T. melted butter
1/3 C. cornflakes, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
COok potatoes until tender and cool. Peel and grate potatoes. Heat butter with soup & 1/4 cup water until melted. Blend in soup, cream, onion & cheese; mix well. Add to potatoes. Bake in 9x13 casserole dish. Top with cornflakes mixed with 2 T. butter. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.

I usually add extra cheese cause my family loves lots of cheese. You can also make this dish without the cornflakes & put cheese on top instead.
