1 envelope unflavored gelatin 1/4 cup boiling water 2-8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese-soft ½ cup sugar 1 cup vanilla yogurt 1 tsp vanilla 1 prepared graham cracker crust
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. In a separate bowl, use hand mixer to blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in yogurt and gelatin. Spoon into pie crust and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Serve plain or top with fruit.
