Bars:
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1/2 C. condensed milk
1/2 C. melted butter

Caramel Center:
1 bag caramels
1.3 C. evaporated milk
1 C. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Bars: Mix together. Pat 1/2 of mixture into bottom of greased and floured 9x13 inch cake pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350.

Center: Melt caramels and mix with evaporated milk. Pour over bars. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Dot the remaining bar dough on top. Return to oven for 15-18 minutes.
