1 pound butter
3 cups sugar
8 eggs (separated)
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons vanilla
3 teaspoons almond extract
4 1/2 ounce bourbon
1 cup finely chopped pecan.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar and egg yolks, till very well blended. Beat egg whites until stiff and they form peaks. Slowly add flour, vanilla, almond extract and bourbon. Fold in egg whites, mix well

Grease bundt pan and spread chopped nuts in bottom of pan. Add batter.
Bake at 350 one hour or until done (use a tester). Let cool before removing from pan.
