1 c. uncooked rice, 1 1/2 c. chicken stock, 1/2 c. white wine, 1 c. salsa, 1 c. canned corn, drained, 1 Tbs. taco seasoning, 4-6 boneless chicken breasts, 1 c. shredded mexican cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Add first 6 ingredients in a greased cassarole and mix. Place chicken on top, cover and bake for 55 minutes at 375. Uncover and add cheese and bake for 5-10 minutes more to melt cheese.
