1 8oz. pkg cream cheese, 2 Tbs. milk, 2 Tbs. dried onion or minced, 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped, dash garlic salt and pepper, 1 pkg sliced dried beef, cut very fine, 1/2 c. sour cream.
Softened the cream cheese and mix with the milk and onion. add the remaining ingredients and mix. At this point dip can be refrigerated. 30 minutes before serving, add 1 c. chopped pecans and bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
