1/3 c. butter, 1/3 c. lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1 c. cooked rice, 1 (10oz.) pkg frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, 1 c. chedder cheese, 8 fish fillets, paprika.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter and add the lemon juice and pepper. In a bowl, combine the rice broccoli, cheese, and 1/4 c. of the lemon sauce. Mix well. Divide the broccoli mixture equally among the fillets. Roll up and place in a shallow, buttered baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over roll-ups. Bake 25 min. at 375. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
