2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 3 eggs, beaten, 2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together until the batter is smooth. Pour into a shallow baking pan containing a little of the fat from the roast beef. Make sure the batter is only 1 inch thick, no more. Bake from 30 to 45 min, basting after it has risen with some more of the fat from the roasting pan
