1 Acorn squash, cut in 1/2 and seeds removed
2 tbls brown sugar
2 tbls butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Split squash in half and remove seeds.
Sprinkle well of the squash with brown sugar dab about 1 tbls of butter in each half.
Bake at 350 for about 35-45 minutes, depending on the size of the squash. Test the squash for softness with a fork.

This is a great winter vegetable. I am not much of a vegetable eater but I really like this. It is sweet and buttery.
