leftover meat or chicken
4 English muffins - split
1 jar spaghetti sauce
vegetables - chopped (onion,pepper, anything you like)
pizza cheese
sliced olives (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Brown the split English muffins in broiler or toaster oven. Watch them carefully as then tend to burn easily.
When they are browned, top the muffins with your favorite spaghetti sauce, about 2 tbls on each muffin half.
Then add in the following order:
Danny's leftover meatloaf, crumbled or any beef or chicken you have leftover.
Pizza cheese
sliced olives if you wish.

Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

This is one of Chris's gourmet dinners..or at least she has Danny believing that!!!
I remember as a kid that this was a staple in our house for lunch or a snack when we had friends over.
