1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 Tbsp. sugar, divided
1 (15.6 oz. cranberry-orange quick bread mix
1 c. milk
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and 2 Tbsp. sugar until smooth. Set aside. Place bread mix in a separate bowl. Combine milk, oil and egg; stir into bread mix. Fill paper lined muffin cups 1/2 full with batter. Place 2 tsp. cream cheese mixture in the center of each; top with remaining batter. Sprinkle tops with remaining sugar. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
