2 Pie Crusts (store bought or home made)

Filling:
4 Large Granny Smith Apples (peeled)
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp lemon juice

Topping:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Chunk apples into shells. Then combine filling ingredients (sugar, flour, and cinnamon) sprinkle over apples. Drizzle lemon juice over top.

Topping:
Combine flour and sugar together well. Cut butter into crumbs using blender (pastry blender yields best results). Sprinkle over apple mixture.

Place brown paper bag on cookie sheet. Slide pie inside and staple shut!
Bake at 425 for 1 hour. Split bag open and remove pie to cool and serve.
