Crust:
1 stick melted margarine
1 1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp water
1 cup chopped nuts

1st layer:
8oz softened cream cheese
1 cup cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla abstract

2nd layer:
2 packages of instant chocolate pudding
3 cups cold milk
1 tsp vanilla abstract

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Combine the ingredients and mix thoroughly
Spread across a nonstick 9x12 baking pan (should cover the sides as well)
Cook for 25 minutes at 350 degrees F

1st layer:
Mix all ingredients together
Spread in fine layer on top of crust

2nd layer:
Combine and spread over 1st layer
