2 1/2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup honey

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sweet potatoes, butter, salt and pepper. Add brown sugar if desired.

Refrigerate about an hour or until mixture is stiff

After mixture is stiff, roll into 2" balls. Roll balls in honey (warm) and then in chopped walnuts.

Place on shallow pan, not touching, and bake at 350' for 20-30 minutes.
