2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 mashed bananas (the darker the bananas, the better)
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder (for High Altitude, 1/4 tsp.)
optional: 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:

Add cream, butter, sugar, eggs & bananas. Add dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly.

Bake at 325 F for 1 hour and 12 minutes. Check with tooth pick to ensure middle is done.
