Crust:
3/4 c butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar

Filling:
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix ingredients and pat into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 20 minutes or until golden.

Filling: Mix ingredients and pour on top of hot, baked crust. Bake in 350 degree F oven until custard is set (about 20 min.). Dust with powdered sugar. Cool, cut into squares

The lemons that are used make a difference in how it tastes, We like Sunkist lemons and some backyard lemons. Meyer lemons are not as good (not enough tartness).
