1-1/2 cups sifted flour
2 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1 tbls cinnamon
1/2 cup softened butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Prepare muffin pan with paper muffin cups.
Sift flour with baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
In a seperate bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Stir in flour mixture and milk alternately.
Pour into greased muffin pans.
Bake for 25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
