1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 can red beans (11 oz.)
1 can corn (17 oz.)
1 can tomatoes (16 oz.)
1 green pepper
1/2 bottle salsa
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and place in stock pot with ground beef. Heat while stirring for 3-5 min., until brown. Dice green pepper and add, along with remaining ingredients and cover. Cook for 15 min. at a medium temperature.
