1 c. Sugar
1 c. Karo Syrup
1 c. Creamy Peanut Butter
6-8 c. Special K Cereal

Topping:
1 c. Butterscotch Chips
1 c. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9 x 13 pan. Put cereal into a large mixing bowl. Combine sugar and Karo syrup in microwave safe dish and heat in microwave for 3 minutes (stirring once halfway through). Add peanut butter to sugar mixture and mix well. Pour mixture over cereal and mix to coat evenly. Press cereal mixture into bottom of pan.

Topping:
Mix chocolate and butterscotch chips in a microwave safe dish and heat for 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted. Pour over cereal and smooth.

Place pan in fridge until set.

I use a pan that is kind of easy to bend so that I can pop out the whole pan at once and cut them on a cutting board.
