1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into strips
2 T. butter
salt and freshly ground pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, smashed
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 T. A-1 sauce
4 T. flour
1 c. beef broth
1/8 t. dill seed
3/4 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in butter. Lightly salt and pepper. Remove and keep warm. Cook onion, garlic and mushrooms in drippings. Stir in A-1 sauce and flour Cook over low heat for 2 min. Add broth. Simmer, uncovered 5 min. Mix in dell seed, sour cream and beef. Heat thoroughly, do not boil. Serve over cooked noodles.
