Pumpkin Bars:
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin pulp (15 oz.)
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 c. oil
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves

Cream cheese icing:
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. powdered sugar

Browned butter icing:
3/4 c. butter
3 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2-4 tbsp. hot water

Directions:

Combine first four ingedients in a large bowl.
Using a wire whisk, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices in anothear bowl. Add to pumpkin mixture, and mix well. Pour into greased and floured half-sheet bun pan (17"x12"x1"). Bake at 350 F 15-20 minutes. Cool. Frost with cream cheese icing or browned butter icing.

Cream cheese icing:
Beat together first three ingredients; gradually add powdered sugar.

Browned butter icing:
Melt butter in saucepan. Heat gently until golden brown in color. Blend in powdered sugar and vanilla. Add smaller amount of water and beat until smooth with an electric mixer. Add more water if necessary to reach desired consistency. If it looks like the butter is separating, add more water.
