3 lbs. boneless beef chuck steak, cut 1/2 to 3/4
inch thick
1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (18 oz.) bottle Cookie's Bar-BQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Trim any fat from beef. Place in large Dutch oven. Top with onions, salt and pepper. Add 1/2 c. water and bake in 325 oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until beef is tender when pressed with a fork. (Or cook in slow cooker according to directions for pot roast.) When beef is tender, shred beef with fork and combine with Cookie's Bar-BQ sauce. Simmer until heated through. Serve in buns.
