1/3 cup (1 oz.) Roquefort cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp minced onion
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vinegar
Dash freshly ground pepper

Directions:

Mix cheese, onion and garlic in a small bowl on low speed 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix 2 minutes more until smooth.
