1/3 C Shortening
1/2 C Sugar
2 Eggs
1 3/4 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 C Banana, mashed
1/2 C Nuts, chopped

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased bread pan. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes.
