4 boneless Chicken Breast
4 slices of thin Ham
2 slices of Swiss Cheese
Contadina© Italian Bread Crumbs
1 or 2 Eggs beaten in a small bowl

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse the chicken breast and remove any remaining fat. Flatten the breast with a pin roll or your hands to make the breast widen. Place a slice of ham and 1/2 slice Swiss cheese on top of chicken breast and then fold chicken breast in half. Secure the breast by using 2 toothpicks to hold breast together. Dip in egg, then bread crumbs. Place on baking sheet. Repeat with the other breasts. Bake at 350º until chicken is fully cooked, 25 to 30 minutes. Remove toothpicks before serving.
