Crust:
1/2 C Butter
1/2 C Sugar
2 C Flour
Pinch of Salt

Filling:
6 Eggs Yolks
2 C Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 C Flour
5 C Rhubarb
Topping:

6 Egg Whites
1/2 C Sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
CRUST: Mix together the butter, sugar, flour and salt. Press mixture into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350. FILLING: Beat egg yolk and add sugar, salt, flour and rhubarb. Pour rhubarb mixture over crust. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. TOPPING: Beat egg whites until stiff. Add the sugar and vanilla. Pour over filling and bake until golden brown.
