Directions:
In bowl combine water, yeast and sugar. Stir until dissolved. Set aside. In large bowl, take pudding mix and prepare according to package directions. Add butter, eggs and salt. Mix well. Then add yeast mixture. Blend. Gradually add flour; knead until smooth. Place in greased bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled. Punch down and let rise again. Then roll out on floured board to 34X21 size. Take 1 cup soft butter and spread over surface. In bowl, mix 2 cups brown sugar and 4 tsp. cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Roll up very tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Remove when they start to turn golden brown. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Frost warm rolls with the cream cheese frosting.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe is from Gladys McIntire, who is the nurse practitioner that I work with. Not only is she an amazing practitioner, but she totally spoils us and frequently makes us delicious treats such as this one. She says the key to this recipe is to not use too much flour.
