2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 - 10 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
2 to 2 1/2 cups leftover turkey or chicken
3/4 cup cooked vegetables (carrots,corn, or peas)
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Pie pastry to fit a 10" pie plate (top & bottom)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions & green pepper in butter until tender. Add soup, milk, turkey, vegetables, salt & pepper. Pour into bottom crust - 10 inch. pie plate. Cover with top pastry. Slit to allow steam to escape. Bake at 400 F until pastry is done.
