5 cups zucchini
1 cup onions(chopped)
1 cup celery(chopped)
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cups chicken broth
1 16oz can cannelini beans( rinced and drained)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' onions and celery. Add chicken broth and beans . Salt and Pepper. Cook till tender. Let stand 20 mins . Place in food processor in small batches. Heat again.
