2 lbs. hamburger, browned and drained
2 pkg. chili seasoning mix
1 green pepper cut into small pieces
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 large can tomato sauce
1 large can stewed tomatoes
1 large can and 1 small can chili beans
Optional if you like it hot:
1 jalapeno pepper sliced into rings=medium hot
2 jalapeno pepper sliced into rings=hot spice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and drain. Add tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes (crush into small pieces), chili powder, sliced onions, and sliced green pepper.

Anthony and Alexandra will only eat the chili that I make. This isn't an exact recipe as I improvise according to what is available in the cupboard and refrigerator.
