16-oz ground turkey
3/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup green pepper, chopped
2 cups tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4-oz noodles - 2 cups cooked
2-oz mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoon, plus 2 teaspoons, Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Brown turkey. Add next 7 ingredients. Place cooked noodles in casserole. Pour meat mixture over noodles. Sprinkle 2 cheeses evenly on top. Arrange mushrooms over cheese. Cover with foil. Bake 350 for 35 minutes. Set 10-15 minutes before cutting into portions.
