15 small French rolls;
l lb. ground beef, browned;
2/3 C tomato sauce (is less than 8oz.);
1/4 tsp. garlic salt; 1/4 C stuffed green olives, sliced;
l C diced mozzarella cheese (8oz);
1/2 C chopped canned mushrooms;
salt, pepper, oregano

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, mix together all prepared ingredients & set aside.
Slit top and hollow out small french rolls. Fill with filling, top/close up slit with a slice of cheese. Can heat & eat now, or wrap in foil and save. (freezes well; but defrost before heating, to save time). For a prolonged party, can heat & leave wrapped to hold heat (but will not be so crispy).
