1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 pint half and half
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 Tbs. chocolate syrup
1/2 cup whiskey
1/4 cup white rum

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and enjoy. It is good plain, but even better when mixed with coffee.
