1 box vanilla wafers
1 bag coconut
2 cups sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
6 eggs
2 sticks melted butter
1/2 cup 2% lowfat milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Place vanilla wafers in a food processer and pulse until they are fine crumbs. Combine crumbs, coconut, sugar and pecans in a bowl; mix well. In a small bowl whisk together eggs and milk. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into cake pan and bake 95 minutes.
