"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous
This recipe for Peach Jello SugarFree, by Sandra VanZandt, is from 'We Love You Alison' Cookbook,
one of the cookbooks created at FamilyCookbookProject.com. We help
families or individuals create heirloom cookbook treasures.
2 Boxes Sugarfree Peach Jello (Walmart) 1 Can Sliced Peaches 1 Cup Water 2 Cups Ice
Drain peaches & add enough water to equal 2 cups. Heat in mic. 2 min. or more to boiling. Add 2 pkgs. peach jello & stir till dissolved. Add 2 cups ice & stir till dissolved. Add can of peaches. Chill till set.
I've used chunky pineapple when I don't have peaches & it's as good or better than peaches.
