1 small instant vanilla pudding (can be no sugar variety)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup (or slightly more) frozen orange juice concentrate

1 20 ounce can chunk pineapple, drained
2 16 ounce cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 or 2 medium bananas, sliced
2 medium apples, small chunks, can leave the peel on

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients together in large bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients to the pudding mixture and mix carefully. I usually add the bananas just prior to serving - they last longer that way.
Chill several hours prior to serving
