1 pound ground beef
1 cup uncooked small elbow macaroni
1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 15-oz can tomato sauce
1 cup water
2-3 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef in large skillet until it loses redness; drain fat. Stir in macaroni, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper; cook, stirring until macaroni is transparent. Add tomato sauce, water and Worcestershire. Cover, simmer 20 minutes. Stir; let stand 5 minutes with heat off.
