1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted

4 (8 oz.) pkgs. Cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
1/3 c. whipping cream
2 T. flour
1 T. vanilla
Pinch salt
1 1/2 c. white chocolate chips
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 c. coarsely chopped Snickers candy bar or turtle candy
1 c. coarsely cut chunks of brownie
3/4 c. dulce de leche (warmed a little to make it easier to spread)

Mix crust ingredients and pat into bottom of 10 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees 5-10 minutes. Set aside. In a large bowl, blend cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, and blend in eggs, cream, flour, vanilla, and salt until smooth, scraping sides of bowl to mix everything well. Remove one-third of batter and mix this with white chocolate. Pour over crust. Fold chocolate chips, Snickers chunks, and brownie chunks into remaining batter. Pour half of this batter into pan (on top of white chocolate batter). Spoon dollops of dulce de leche into batter and swirl gently with a knife. Top with remaining batter. Bake at 325 degrees 50-60 minutes or until set. Remove sides of pan when cool. If desired, drizzle slices with melted chocolate and/or softened dulce de leche.
