3 cups cooked medium egg noodles
2 cups chopped broccoli, cooked until just tender
2 tablespoons reduced calorie margarine
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1-1/2 cups skim milk
1 cup mushrooms, chopped or sliced
6 oz shredded cheddar cheese
18 oz cut up cooked turkey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In sauce pan over medium heat, melt margarine - stir in flour, salt, mustard, pepper and milk. Stir until thick and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted. In 9x13 pan arrange noodles, broccoli and turkey. Pour cheese sauce over all. Bake covered at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
