1 chopped onion
1 tbsp. margarine
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
cup evaporated milk
8 oz package Velveta Cheese (cubed)
2 packages thawed, cut broccoli
1 cup cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350˚ F.
Brown onion in margarine in a large saucepan. Add cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk and Velveta cheese over low heat until melted and mixed together. Thoroughly thaw and drain broccoli and fold into mixture along with cooked rice. Place mixture into a casserole dish and bake for 1 hour.
