6 lg tomatoes pealed, seeded and sliced
1 sm onion finely chopped
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
4 slices brad toasted in 1/2 cubes
1/2 c cheddar cheese
1/2 c parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 375. Coat 9"x13" casserole dish with cooking spray. Mix together tomatoes and onion. Mix in salt, pepper and sugar. Toss in bread cubes. Spoon into casserole dish. Top with cheese. Cover with foil. Bake 35 minutes covered. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer.
