16 oz Cut Green Beans
34 oz Lima Beans
16 oz Kidney Beans
16 oz Wax Beans
15 oz Garbanzo Beans
15 oz Butter Beans
15 oz Baby Corn
1 lg Green Pepper, chopped
1 bunch Scallions, sliced
2 C Apple Cider Vinegar
2 C Sugar
1/2 C Water
1 tsp Salt
2 oz sliced Pimento, chopped, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Drain all the beans and corn. Place them in a large bowl. Add the green pepper, pimento and scallions. Bring the remaining ingredients to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over beans. Refrigerate for several hours or over night.
