Ingredients:
Leftover Meats drippings
Water
3 T Flour
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Strain the drippings or broth into a pan. Start to heat pan up to medium high. In a large glass or gravy swisher, mix the water, flour, salt and pepper. Shake/Stir until all flour clumps are gone. When juice starts to bubble, add the flour mixture slowly and stir. Keep stirring until the gravy thickens to the consistency you like. Remove from heat and serve.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If you don't have meat drippings, use a soup base, water and butter or margarine. This also tastes good when you add oregano, basil and other herbs. My Grandma Kenville would add browning and seasoning sauce to give it a darker color and extra flavor.
