2lb.self-raising flour
1 lb.sugar
1/2 lb. margarine
2 pkg. mixed spice
1 lb.mixed fruit
1 pint of water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and margarine,add sugar,fruit,spices and water. Put in wet cloth,tie lightly,and put in boiling water for 31/2 hrs.Remove cloth slowly as skin dries. serve with custard or fry for breakfast.
