2 pounds carrots, sliced into rounds
1 onion sliced thin
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
3/4 cup vinegar
salt and pepper
1 green pepper sliced
1 1/2 cups sugar (can use less)
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots until "crispy" tender. Drain and cool. Alternate carrots and marinate. Keeps up to two weeks in refrigerator. Serve as cold side salad.
